Butt Service. Can’t even watch football on my phone, or Xbox apps. Whyyyy not? It does always cut in and out. I’d rather use my phone hotspot than this internet company.

No internet service by Mediacom today Sunday 08/30/20 in West Ames.

No cable at all last night. I called & was informed of an outage in my area. In order to get an adjustment I will have to go thru their automated system to finally get a person to fix my bill. Why dont they just automatically do it for all involved?

Since subscribers have lost access to ABC and affiliates will we be reinbursed for the fees we are paying for channels we don't receive? (Missing Academy Awards show was a major disappointment). J.E.P. Mediacom subscriber
