I've been a long time smiths shopper for years and I'm fed up with getting bad produce at this location. This is my second time getting mushrooms that have mold it hasn't even been one day I bought them TODAY! This is disappointing and I cannot trust the products here any longer. I will be shopping at Harmons for now on.

The store is great and has some good fresh products at a reasonable price. However, at the beginning of the pandemic, a male beggar in front of the store kept harassing me and calling me names because I wore a mask. I went inside the store, and I told one of the employees, and they asked me to wait until they talked with the store manager. I waited for about 10-15 min, and in the end, the manager did not come out of his office, and she sent me a message with her employee telling me that she could not do anything. I understand that the manager does not want to be involved in any trouble, but at least she can come out of her office to tell me that. I stopped going to this store even though I live one block away.

Tonya in the deli went above & beyond to help me today. We have a kitten who was abandoned by her mother and the baby will only eat Smith's shredded chicken that's conveniently packaged up in approx 1/4 lb containers in the deli case. There are times the chicken on the shelf isn't there, probably because I buy it all, and today was one of those days. Tonya verrily happily went to the back of her kitchen and produced the chicken I needed AND it was a 2 lb chunk so I'm set for awhile. Thank you Tonya! 💖
