While I find it hilarious that you can rate and reccomends a toll booth, I wouldn't recommend this one. I had to pull off here when our car lost its clutch, and it was so far of the radar that the triple A dispatcher (and driver) could only pin down the location by an approximation of long it had taken us to get there from the Sanford airport. Seriously this place didn't register on their maps, so I guess it's great Google knows where it is now.

What you pay in Florida for tolls probably is cheaper or equivalent to what we pay in "gasoline tax" in Pennsylvania per year.If so I 'd rather pay the tolls, if I use the toll roads, than pay a tax while my vehicle is sitting in my driveway. To me that's a choice not a forced cost. The roads in Florida are maintained as needed unlike in Pennsylvania where they are "fixed" when the cost is well beyond what it should be years later.

Nice wide exit lanes and toll booths. Need to be extra careful of trucks coming from the south that don't stop at their stop sign. All road is narrow getting onto Dallas.

I have a sunpass so I'm not sure, but is either $1 or $1.25., but it seems like they keep building new tollbooths it feels like they hit my sunpass every 3 miles. Back in the day when they first built 528 they said they were only going compliment rolls until it paid for the road. That was well over 20 years ago. I'm sure we have paid that road off at least 5 times by now. Why would Florida's DOT lie to us like that. Because they can. Just like any other politician or government ran agency can and will do
