Made an appointment for my family of 5 to get a covid test and when we got here there was no pharmacist to begin with. There was only a sign that said pharmacy closed until further notice with no explanation. I went inside the Walgreens and they said they'd have a pharmacist come within an hour; once we got there, we weren't attended for another 20 minutes after the pharmacist saw we were there but didn't acknowledge us or apologize for the inconvenience. Even worse once she finally attended us, she told us she could only give us one covid test and that we would have to circle around and get back in line for the drive thru so that the rest of our family could get a covid test done. There were 5 cars behind us and she didn't allow us to wait in the drive thru instead we had to get back in line after only one covid test was done. Horrible experience, and took an extra hour and half than it should've due to poor management.

Waiting times are awful. Sometimes I go at drive-through, others through the counter hoping it’ll be shorter waiting time. Never works. I feel it’s not the fault of the employees, they are super helpful and kind. Pharmacy should urgently work on hiring more staff, it’s shameful to overwork your employees that way when there’s so much demand. Only gave the second star bc of the awesome staff :) Update: I guess that their main issue is their software or basically tech system. I had 6 meds due today yet none of them was ready. 2 said “insurance delay.” 2 others said “call the pharmacy.” 1 of them wasn’t even appearing on my Walgreens app anymore, and idk why they changed it to a generic med that my doctor didn’t send (confirmed with my provider). The only one they had listed as “ready” actually kept me waiting 20 minutes besides the 30 minutes I waited for my meds. It was 4 different doctors/providers, and I spent the whole day making calls to them all just to basically confirm that the issue is Walgreens’ system. This happens at least every two months (1/2 times I pick up my meds) :(

Overall Walgreens has the WORSE consumer policies. I really wish their executives would try using their own drive through and pharmacies. As soon as I move from this area I am transferring all my needs else where. This store has e You’re welcome staff language and customer service issues. One guy specially who works at the pharmacy is terrible with people and should not be working in the service industry. The worse .

Everything about this Walgreens is a pain. Avoid if you can. I’ve been here multiple times and regret it everytime. The pharmacy is never accurate with having your stuff ready, or is randomly closed- the photo center messes up pictures or their system is down, and calling customer service does nothing because they hang up on you constantly.
