Worst customer experience returning an Walgreens product for store credit. Manager was incompetent and lacking customer service integrity.

The employees and specially Manager need to take a course to learn about Walgreen's policies and costumer services. They don't know anything about their own policy, also the manager is extremely rude to customers.

Just got racially profiled while looking for a pair of pantyhose. The checkout woman followed me around the store & staired me down while I was browsing the store. I work next door and have frequented the store before with no problems, but I have never seen her working there.

Not only is the manager creepy and total incompetent in terms when and why it is appropriate to follow someone through the store because you suspect them of stealing. Rather than taking on a smarmy tone of disbelief a manger should know when to access a situation and back down. I suggest better training. This in addition to accusations of profiling minority shoppers makes returning to this location worse than having my tongue nailed to their pharmacy counter.
