If you would like to be billed $332 for seeing a physician for 15 minutes to clean your ears I would highly recommend this facility. Also after wasting an entire afternoon calling around their departments and offices no one has been able to provide me with an itemized bill, I’m guessing because no one at the office can figure out why they would bill that amount for such a short and simple visit. 10/10 for wasting my time.

I got in super quick and I loved the convenience of the drive-thru attached pharmacy (especially when you have kids) Blake Thompson, NP saw me in a timely manner and was super personable. He’s extremely knowledgeable- I trust him 100%! My family will be going back to him for all our “urgent” needs.

I waited at the door for an hour for them to open with my sick child, I was the second person at the counter to sign in to see a medical professional. We are still sitting here an hour later and they have pulled back nearly 2 dozen people other than my kid. When I ask the receptionist she says another hour. I will never bring my kid here again. Everyone they are pulling back arrived 30 minutes or more after us, laughing and healthy adults.

For the PCR tests, those are lab-based tests. If you came in late afternoon, the sample most likely would be sent to the lab the following day, and the lab is telling us it is anywhere between 2-5 days to receive results still. It's been tough for people traveling that still need PCR tests within 72 hours. The lab has told us that we cannot guarantee results for those. You could also check with Walgreens (they were scheduling those, but I've also heard that they might have quit). You can also check with North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding, because they had a rapid PCR test.
