I’ve had issues with my internet all week, I’ve tried calling and have only gotten in touch with a robot when I try to get in touch with an actual person they just hang up. Terrible customer service, and a terrible price for what you get. They know they have the better internet in the area and they think they can treat their customers however they see fit apparently.

They were 4 stars but my home bruned down called to disconnect and they are chargeing us 100$ for the modem cause we didnt have renters insurance

Depends on what you want for your internet
My guess is yes. Don't get fooled like I did with other providers of internet. I cannot recommend the cable side at all. Internet=great. Cable=terrible for the selection.

As far as im aware they merged
I've called to the 800 number. They tell me to just keep waiting that all they can do is send them a email to see what's going on. I've emailed numerous times with no answer as well. I've called the number on Google as well for twin falls and all it does is direct me to the call center as well. I signed up online and it gave me options as to what dates were available for installation. It gives the option to choose 3 different days and no show at all on any of the 3 days. A lady emailed me same day as sign up to verify address and said she'd email back in 30 minutes with scheduled installation day and time of the options I chose. She never emailed back. I've emailed back several times and still nothing. Its been 2 weeks with the month already paid.
They were doing updates but working now.

That is a great question..depending on what package you chose I would assume..go to that channel and see it will say if you don't.
