i rented out a pressure washer 5:30 on a friday afternoon. The receipt says to bring it back 5:00PM Saturday and that’s when they close. Arrived at 5:00 and of course they were closed. Tried leaving them a voicemail to explain why i couldn’t bring it Saturday and tried returning it. They ended up being closed on sunday so had it all way till Monday and got charged for it anyway. Not a very honest business

I rent from Kim. The other guys are never ready, or sue you for the damages that the insurance you paid extra for "doesn't cover'' smaller company is still the one I use.
