Don’t go here! Won’t go back here again. Took a family members car here and spent good money to NOT have it fixed. Still had issues but they REFUSE to fix it. They over tightened the feed line clamp to the power steering reservoir so it cracked the part where the hose connects. Took it elsewhere to get it fixed. When they were questioned about the work they did on the vehicle all he did was laugh and yell at me. They refuse to warranty their work! Just fix the vehicle the right way, easy as that. They probably over tightened the same feed line on the other 2 power steering pumps as well. They all leaked in the same spot. Simple problem was above their heads I guess. I know Jodi will argue every part of this but that’s what they do on bad reviews.

3 power steering pumps and 5 visits later and my car is STILL leaking fluids. Each time I was told that it couldn’t be oil or transmission fluid…okay so why is it still leaking hours after a new pump is installed? The 3rd time the pump needed replaced, I was told that they were so far out on back order that there wasn’t a possible eta and I just needed to “keep an eye” on my fluids and fill as needed. My dad contacted the ford dealership and was informed that they haven’t been on back order and they could have it here in just 2 days. My dad proceeds to call and talk with Jodi to ask why she told me that when the dealership has them, and was hung up on. The pump arrives and I take my car in early, expecting to pick it up that afternoon, and as I pull into work in a rental, I get a phone call. I was informed that it was missing a part that would arrive the next day and I would get a call to pick it up. The next day, once again in the late afternoon as I get to work, I get a call saying I can’t pick it up until the next day and I would receive a phone call in the morning to pick it up. The next morning rolls around…then 12:00…then 2:00…then 3:00 rolls around and I call and suddenly, it was ready to go. That was yesterday and after work at 9 PM guess what was under my car? More fluids. If it was just fixed, how is it still leaking??
