Been using them for 6 years and as of recently their customer service have plummeted. Tried setting up insurance through them and couldnt get the same answer twice from 4 different employees. They couldnt remember to call me back or know their own policies. The last employee i talked to tried to tell me how accommodating they have been after they have missed or screwed up 4 of the last 6 deliveries... im at a loss to understand that logic. Wish i had another company to use.

have had supplies stalled, when fighting for my life, no clear instruction for use of prescribed supplemental oxygen or follow up, and supplies were wrong or just not given. Thanks to a friend at Lincare I got what I needed and was shown how to use the machines.
