Earlier this year I went in for an EKG for chest pains that turned up negative. The new grad PA (never saw a Dr. once) asked a couple of basic questions then suggested a Holter monitor which I wore for 3 days. I went in for my followup appt. to get my results and was sent home after waiting for 15-20 minutes because they didn't have my results yet (this was a scheduled appt to get my results!). I then waited between 2 and 3 weeks to finally get a 30 second call back about my results with hardly any explanation. I paid my bills for the EKG, visit, and the Holter monitor which were disgustingly expensive for how little work anyone did, and now here I am, almost 3 months later, and I am still getting random bills in the mail for services that were never explained to me from the beginning. Revere Health Spanish Fork is a scummy office that will do the bare minimum and gladly take the maximum payment. They're happy to make appointments for you and are very kind about it, but will be snippy with you when you make an effort to follow up on your expensive heart monitor results 2 weeks after they were supposed to be ready. Even though the results were negative, I think I'd risk the arrhythmia than ever come back to Revere ever again.
