Is the stadium ever open to the public, to use the track for example?

No, I don't think it is open to the public anymore, which is not cool. I don't know why it isn't. Perhaps a bad apple spoiled it for the bunch? If I had to guess, I would speculate that someone walked their dog and let it poop on the track, but really do not know for sure.

Is there a certain time when the veterans stadium is open to the public, I'd like to walk the track and every time i go during the day it's always pad locked and You're unable to get in to walk the track field ?
