I first met Dr O in the light house in Conway SC I had a mental break down I suffer from panic attacks with agoraphobia anxiety depression Dr o said I was bi polar and put me on so many different Antipsychotics and antihistamines He won't listen he is rude he misdiagnosed me 2 different times Put me on the wrong medicine I suffered so bad with my mental health seeing Dr O He is not good at all he doesn't care about his PT

very bad doctor. does not listen, and inducted me on Suboxone only to remove me from it in the lighthouse psych ward (where he is the medical director) for being institutionalized. since when does a mental breakdown disqualify someone for addiction medications? if anything that is discrimination

Where to begin..Twice now I have gotten referrals from my doctor and filled out my new patient paperwork and brought my medical history in only to be told they lost it!!!What happened to HIPAA? Then when I asked the front desk lady what they were doing she said I dont know what to tell you normally it goes in our computer but if we find it we can call you??Umm no I want my personal information that I filled out and my history back!!!They do t answer the phone half the time..hang up on you ..never return calls..This place needs all new staff with a brain!!

Horrible office staff. Incompetent. Spoke with medical staff on several occassions and was advised office staff would call with information about follow up or approvals. No calls. Lost medical records. Horrible office staff.
