Kid had a good time. Front desk staff was difficult to communicate with and didn’t do a good job of explaining the process for a new person. The onboarding /entry process was obnoxious: pay, go to the other side of the room and fill out a waiver, go back to the front of the room to show a paper ticket and tell them your name.. and then they let you in. Soooo many ways to streamline and improve flow.

This facility was not very crowded at all (a perk) when we went on a Thursday night 2 hour ticket. We were able to quickly complete our waivers on site, buy entry for our designated time, and purchase their grip socks for the kids to use for jumping (this is required for jumpers). I recommend wearing socks if you're a supervising adult as no bare feet or shoes allowed on the jump platform and direct supervision required for younger kiddos. We did not do so and decided to buy jumper socks for myself and husband. You can save these for future visits. There was ample space and a variety of activities. My kids aged 11, 9, 5 were entertained for the duration of our visit with only the trampoline portion, but there are also arcade games which earn points for prizes. The prize selection is pretty good, too! Overall a great value and fun experience for us. My younger 2 children have asked to go back several times since.

My favorite trampoline park in Alaska! Our first time having my sons birthday party here and it was a huge success! A perfect mix of everything.

Fantastic place! Dodge ball, basketball, ninja course, gladiator beam...these guys have it all. Very fun time and the most reasonable prices I’ve seen. It’s nice the adults are free with a paid child! The VR is only $6 per person and there is also an arcade. Go check them out!
