I was looking for a stylist on Google to do me and my child's hair. Upon the first time going,I received faux locs and my daughter recieved braids. I usually wear my hair in a full natural afro and although my edges are usually thin,I've never had a problem with BALDING. After I took the faux locs of which were madded and braided so irractic on my head that they took hours to take out. After doing so I realized they were so tight on my scalp that they removed 40%of my hair and my thinned edges were now non-existent and BALD. Completely gone from how tight this hairstyle way. My once thick full afo is also non-existent ,very thin. I went back to schedule starter locs so I could start on the journey of hopefully salvaging my hair which looks like I had chemical burns. Upon arriving for my appointment the girl that was supposed to do my hair set my appointment back which was ok I informed her. But upon doing some,she rescheduled me with another stylist. Although the stylist was nice she never washed or even used clips on my hair to start the locs. As a person that does locs on my own recreationally,I'm fully aware of how one needs to do them. She instead blow dried my already damaged hair and proceeded to twist them as of I was a 5 yr old girl. She was very nice but the lack of responsibility of the shop in general is very discouraging when all I wanted to do was get my freaking hair done. I called Ms. Nikki to rectify and she did reschedule for the original girl to do my hair. Upon going for a third visit I really just said nevermind and I'll do my hair myself. I asked for a refund in which I never got a response back so it is what it is. If you're layed back and a nice customer,I wouldn't recommend thos place. They will do whatever they want to your hair and expect u to pay for a style you don't want. I would definitely recommend better customer service skills as well because nobody wants to deal with looks,smart comments,and weirdness when just wanting to get their hair done. I hope anybody else has a wonderful experience!!!

Zero Stars!!! i came in today to get faux locks for my daughter the lady was very rude and rush my daughters hair her hair is horrible u can see big do do braids out the back she's is wanting to take her hair out what a waste of money I will never come back personally I think it's cuz my race but we won't get into that hope this saves someone else the grief have a good day
