If I could give them zero stars I would. The first car I test drove (white Ford edge) overheated and broke down a few blocks from the dealership. The 2nd car I test drove wasn't ideal but I absolutely needed a car. Their computers were down and I was told I would be contacted the next day... nothing. The following day I called and was told the man helping me named Tom had a medical emergency.. The next day I called I was told Tom was let go and Drew would be taking over. Almost 6 days later and no call back even tho I have called every single day. Don't waste your time or money here!

Drew helped me get into a vehicle when I stilled owed on a van when the transmission went out and had no idea what I was going to do. He did everything but sign the papers for me. It only took 45min at the store and I was done. I would 100% recommend Drew at World of Wheels to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I bought my Honda Pilot from Mike at the Des Moines location. No pickup lines. I told him what I wanted and my dollar amount and that's all he showed me. No tricks. I have driven my car on 2 round trips from Iowa to California and have had no problems. No surprises. My daughter just graduated from college and is looking for a car through Mike too. Good luck.
