I bought my Honda Pilot from Mike at the Des Moines location. No pickup lines. I told him what I wanted and my dollar amount and that's all he showed me. No tricks. I have driven my car on 2 round trips from Iowa to California and have had no problems. No surprises. My daughter just graduated from college and is looking for a car through Mike too. Good luck.
