I went to the Thor premier with my brother on Thursday, July 7th 2022. When going into the auditorium we immediately noticed there was no air conditioning and the room was about 80 degrees. After sweating in my seat for about 10 minutes I decided to go to the counter and ask them if they could turn on the air conditioning. Their response was "our unit is broke so it's going to stay warm for your entire showing. Sorry about that". There was no offer of anything to make the situation right. Needless to say, it is unacceptable to make guests pay to sit in a scorching theater for 2+ hours. The theater should have warned people prior to the showing or at least offered refunds. I will be taking my business to a different theater next time I want to see a movie.

The theatre was very clean and well maintained. The process to purchase tickets to enter the movie has been vastly improved.

I don't even know where to begin with this place. This is by far the worst movie theater I have been to in my entire life. the theaters themselves are like walking into a medieval dungeon, there are so many stains and rats that I wouldn't be surprised to see an old man shackled to the wall next to a pile of bones. The food is mediocre at best, I mean really its movie food, obviously overpriced. The only thing that is keeping this place together seems to be the staff. It feels like you took normal movie theater employees and dumped them into a trash can that has been set on fire. I would rather shoot myself in the foot than see another movie here.

This theater is a shell of its former self. For a long time this theater was an awesome place to hang out and see movies. However, over the past decade it’s really fallen apart. It’s dirty, it smells like sweat and mildew, the seats are uncomfortable, and the projector images are dim. On the positives, the workers are polite and it’s rarely crowded. I really hope this theater gets a complete make over.
