Price comparison it is a better deal than the YMCA. Plus, the staff are very friendly. There is 2 hour daycare Monday through Friday. Lastly, they keep the place very maintained.

Nice facility the staff is very friendly and there are alot of things to do. But i counst get in in time to get a membership when the people who set it up were in so i was told by 3 different people i can do a day pass at 10 per visit and it would come off the price of the membership. So when i finally got a chance to go in and get a membership they said it only works for year membership and not a month to month. Had i known that i wouldnt have spent 50 dollars in day passes i would have waited till i could get in and spent 55 for a month. It is pretty ridiculous that they wouldnt honor it for me seeing how 3 staff members told me to do it that way.

I don't work there, but I am a member. They have a beginner yoga class that is for all levels. I have taken this one and enjoyed it. That also have a Yoga class that is geared for all ages.
They offer private lessons. Probably your best bet. Can be geared to your ability. They do it all the time.

I give up on pool showers usually poorly maintained. The adult womens locker room is better but even there the hillbillies walk into the steam and sauna right from the gym or outside. Lots of piggish women with little management oversite.
No. The swim team is hosting a swim meet that weekend.
I would call just to make sure. I have not heard of this either
I would think so, but call to be clear.
