This particular store has some of the rudest staff. Waited our turn for over 45 minutes. Watched other clients come in and they were welcomed but not us or another lady that resembled us. Finally it was our turn to be helped and a lady that came in 3 people behind us was called next. Really and then when questioned the response was she had an appointment. I don't buy that at all. Walked out and went somewhere else

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Brandon and Kevon at the 2nd Loop store! We have had several issues with his Samaung Fold and both Brandon and Kevon have been super in their customer service! Samsung customer service will get a separate review, but we are so very luck to have Brandon and Kevon. Thank you guys so much! I had to go back to the store yesterday and Jessica was awesome to work with. She answered all of my questions and handled my upgrade wonderfully.

How long have you had the phone. As long as it hasn't been 30 days you can get a replacement from the store from purchasing a defected phone. If it's been more then 30 days you better hope you have insurance they can replace it but it'll take a couple days and being with out a phone. They do have little stores around that can fix the port for cheaper then the deposit for the knsjrsncn4roosor uhh u
Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Florence location and see them in person.
