I went into the store in Florence in June to move my service from Verizon, we were paired with associate Franklin Law. He was and is by far the best I’ve personally ever dealt with on the phone, in person or any other way. Starting the evening were procured service in June until just now; I’m having problems with billing and have spoken to the company’s “Outsourced” folks for over 6 HOURS!! I’ve went back and added it up. Franklin Law is Respectful, Courteous, Understanding, and has went out of his way to HELP get all issues resolved. In my opinion he needs a raise and promotion. And for anyone that reads this if you’re thinking about switching go to this store and request Franklin Law.
