Good food but they use way, way to many onions. I know onion is used to flavor food, but too many chives were used across the risotto and a handful of dried onions were placed across my steak. I don't like onions, but even those in our party who do agreed that it was overkill. In the end, had to have the server remake the plate. Onion issue aside, the rest of the food was good. Caprese was excellent. We were told a 30 minute wait but it turned out to be about 5 minutes before we were seated. Or servers were great and very attentive. Issues aside, it was a good experience.

My wife and I had dinner on Sunday evening September 25th. We were both incredibly disappointed. Having been huge fans of Il Mulino with about a decade of dining at the Orlando restaurant, we were shocked at the quality of the food at Il Mulino Nashville. The Caesar Salad was just terrible, no garlic or anchovy taste whatsoever in the dressing, and the lettuce tasted as if it had been sitting in the freezer for days. The ravioli was average at best. They also don't serve warm bread, oil, and balsamic vinegar. They serve room temperature bread without the oil and balsamic. Ravioli wasn't all that warm, and was average. Just no flavor in the sauce either. Is the chef tasting what's going out? Good wine of course, and good desert. If I were running Il Mulino Nashville, I'd send my chefs and Managers to Orlando to see how Il Mulino should run and operate. Much lower standards in Nashville and really disappointing. Spent about $500 for a good wine, good gelato, and C- food.
