Incredibly rude employee. He was wearing dark sunglasses and trying to act intimidating, to the point of being plain rude. This was after waiting a pretty long time for service. I recommend avoiding this location if possible. They actually solved my problem, but it was a very unpleasant experience.

The man in there decided to lecture us and scold us like children, never have I ever encounter someone so rude. Wanted us to give him every single piece of information instead of helping and figuring it out. WOW I am furious after leaving the store. Whatever you do DO NOT GO HERE

At 12 o clock today the guy working in here was making fun of my girl saying She has a lack of knowledge and was so disrespectful to her that it has made me disgrudge this company even more than I already do for the past issues I have had from this company but making fun out of my girl is not ok and not appreciated and this employee should not even work in a t mobile but I am sure he will still be here in 3 weeks either way they will loose a customer over this. I hate this location because of this guy and t mobiles acts like it’s ok for him to treat people that way. Oh on top of that she goes back in over another issue and basically called her a liar and she cannot be trusted if she has hotspot this guy is the worst
