The on site property manager Courtney is the best. She goes over and beyond to help everyone she can on the property. I have lived on the property since 2019. At first it was under different management and things barely got done. It's not perfect but I feel safe and the property takes necessary measures to keep the property functioning and up to par.

They have horrible customer Service!!! I have been by everyday for 5 months and no one is never in office they have a paper taped on the door with an updated number but it don’t work either!!! It looked very dirty each time I stopped by.

Landlord is racist, and a horrible liar. He harassed me when i was 8 months pregnant. Do NOT rent from him. He's had several lawsuits according to my attorney. That should tell you enough right there! So run away!!

This would be my third time coming up here today to complete an application and they weren't open. The door said 10am which is the first time i came i left and came back around 11am and again at 12:30pm. I call and got no response. This is unprofessional! Exactly when or how am i to submit an application if I'm never able to reach anyone? I'm disappointed
