I would give 100 stars if I could. Our baby cat Toast, was very sick, and I was terrified he wouldn't make it. But God bless the staff at Goodlettsville animal hospital because they took excellent care of him. Now he's made a full recovery back to his playful self and we are so thankful everyone here was so nice and compassionate. 💜💜🙏 Forever grateful to you all thank you so much again!! My mom has gone here for years and recommended I take our dog. Whomever booked my appointment yesterday just added my pet onto my mom’s account. I overheard multiple times the front worker Jennifer saying how they needed to get my paperwork back as they told me to fill it out. So I slipped out and sat it on the desk, because I could hear her. I informed her my dog isn’t aggressive but is reactive before coming in. I could overhear her and our tech saying how I don’t have an account and Jennifer saying since I am a “grown woman” i don’t need to be on “mom’s account”. To which I poked my head out of the room and said I can hear this entire conversation and which she did not show any care and said “I know”. & she “didn’t mean for me to take it any kind of way.” Spoke to the manager Adrienne immediately afterwards and she said “it was not meant that way”. As she apparently overheard the entire conversation. Because it “wasn’t meant rudely” they said they can make me my own account. Will never go back. I also overheard a staff member talking about a reactive dog (as I can hear my dog barking in the back). The least you could do is talk about me after we leave where we can’t hear you. My dog is from a rescue and has a history of being abandoned by other owners.
