Unfortunately, Goodlettsville fire codes prohibit grilling on balconies.

No, you aren't required to have renter's insurance but we HIGHLY recommend having it. You should always have your personal property insured in case of an emergency.

Unfortunately, we don't allow dogs or cats but we do allow fish tanks. Please let us know what size tank you would like to bring with you. We reserve the right to restrict the size of the tank.

UPS/FedEx will deliver packages to your door. We strongly suggest that you add "signature required" when ordering to avoid packages being left on the door.

We offer 12 month leases.

Rent amounts can change a lot and so this answer is that it depends on when you are asking. On 3/7/2021, we rent our 1 bedroom for $1019 and our 2 bedroom townhomes for $1171. That price includes water, trash, and pest control. Your total cost depends on your income and so please tell us more about yourself so we can be more exact with our answer.

Absolutely! There are two major arteries nearby, Dickerson Pike/Main St., and Gallatin Pike North. And I-65 is a short drive away as well.

All of our appliances are electric.

The security deposit is $300.

The application fee is $35.00 per applicant. Anyone over the age of 18 must fill out their own application and pay the application fee.

Parking is not assigned so it is first come first serve.

All of the units are wired for internet service but the provider is up to you.

We will need documentation of all income sources, student status, landlord, credit, and prospective residents need to pass a criminal background check. All information will be verified prior to application approval and we'd be happy to provide you with a complete list of all possible documentation required.

We require a (30) days advance written notice. The notice must include one (1) full calendar month. It will cost all monies due through the date of termination: and paying an additional amount equal to one month’s rent as liquidated damages well as forfeiting the security deposit as liquidated damages

All units have central heat and air.

Our trash containers are emptied twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday.
