If I could give this place zero stars I would …this place is completely horrible from the office staff to the maintenance men they do absolutely nothing they do not keep up with units they are ride a highly disrespectful please what ever you do run because it not pleasant nor peace place to live in

This place is a joke right along with the management down to the lazy maintenance guys. The didn’t sand the doors down before painting they don’t fix anything properly. And it’s an extreme amounts of garbage along side the dumpster everyday. Honestly in my opinion in brings down the property value if you ask me. Need some decent maintenance guys the ones there just sit in the vehicle all morning trash is never picked up especially around back I guess They think out of site out of mind HOW LAZY can you be????

Yes, we pay for the water and trash removal.
You can shop for groceries at Kroger, Publix, or Walmart.
There are income restrictions, you'll have to have a gross income of 2 times the rent and unfortunately we can't add a guarantor or co-signer.
There are several gas stations just down the road, both in Goodlettsville and in Madison including Mapco and Shell.
Unfortunately, we can't allow for anyone to make changes to the townhomes.

No, you aren't required to have renter's insurance but we HIGHLY recommend having it. You should always have your personal property insured in case of an emergency.
Unfortunately, we don't allow dogs or cats but we do allow fish tanks. Please let us know what size tank you would like to bring with you. We reserve the right to restrict the size of the tank.
UPS/FedEx will deliver packages to your door. We strongly suggest that you add "signature required" when ordering to avoid packages being left on the door.

Rent amounts can change a lot and so this answer is that it depends on when you are asking. On 3/7/2021, we rent our 1 bedroom for $1019 and our 2 bedroom townhomes for $1171. That price includes water, trash, and pest control. Your total cost depends on your income and so please tell us more about yourself so we can be more exact with our answer.
Absolutely! There are two major arteries nearby, Dickerson Pike/Main St., and Gallatin Pike North. And I-65 is a short drive away as well.
