I am glad I found this continuing care facility for my sister. She began in Independent Living and is now in Skilled care. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating. They all are respectful and act with integrity. There are social activities twice a day, and a few field trips. Prior to choosing The Fountains, I visited a few facilities in nearby Greenville, and the atmospheres I encountered were rigidly institutional and smelly! And, I do not like to make comparisons in print, let me say I live next door to a huge continuing care community with apartments, patio homes, a salt water indoor pool, etc., and the care is not as good as what The Fountains offers.

Hello, been looking for a long time, but it’s come to the time to decide! I love most things except - do any have a full kitchen? I guess if I’m taking my meals there I may not have so much of a need. What banks do you have nearby? I’m looking for. 2 bdrm…do you have any balconies? And I do have 2 cats. Ok? I would appreciate any paper info you can show me and the sq footage of apartment. Thank you so much. This has been such an heavy decision to make.
They are pet friendly, and there is no extra fee for pets, but you will probably have to check on the breed policy. I am not sure about that. Pricing for independent living varies depending on the apartement size and location. It includes all utlities except cable and internet ($75 extra). Two hot meals are also included daily. There is scheduled transportation as well. The prices range from about $2000-$4000. The apartments are anywhere from studio to 2 bedrooms.
