If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! Prodigy Transitional Rehab is the worst place for you to send your family. The staff and management is irresponsible, non attentive, and simply do not care about doing their job the proper way to keep their clients safe and from harms way. I have a family member in this facility and do to unfortunate reasons we are unable at the moment to bring him home. It's going on two years and the treatment is horrible. He has been forgotten about or looked over by the nursing aid to the point he was able to walk out of emergency door and left outside all night only for staff to find him the next morning. He has been abused and left wet or with feces on him all day. The nurses will leave him on the floor if he falls to the point my mother has walked in on him sleep on the floor because no one would help him up. I am tired of this abuse and it will not go unnoticed. I have photos, call conversation and written notes from every interaction. This will be reported to the Health Care Personnel Investigations.

I've been a proud employee of PTR for the last 4 years and some change. I love my job, the staff, and more importantly my residents be they there for a short time or for an extended stay. Since working for PTR, I've returned to school to get my nursing license. The nursing staff have been more than helpful, from helping me study, to keeping me sane, they even work with my crazy schedule. The corporate staff made sure to help out too, by giving me a check for tuition reimbursement to help while Im out of work! I cannot say enough how thankful I am that PTR gave me a chance to become the best me I can be.

I have only worked here through an agency but for the most part in my opinion it's more organized than some other facilities I have worked during this pandemic. The staff is very helpful and admid staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Debbie is one of the most pleasant nurses I have met. I cant say anything negative about this place "in my opinion."

Don't call your loved ones they will not take the mobile phone to their room but about every twelfth time maybe if your lucky!!! Isn't this some kind of sad and they say they lose the phone on certain days or "CAN'T FIND IT"
