Had a guy come out to shut our water off. My wife was able to catch the guy and when he said we hadn't paid our bill she was able to call in. A few months later it happened again, except my wife was not able to catch the guy. When my wife called she was asked if we were paying the bill for an address we hadn't lived at for 5 years. My wife got the address straightened out. But I was still without water for 18 hours. I went on their website to see if I could link my bill to a credit card to avoid any issues in the future. Especially since I'm not getting bills from them, since they had been sending them to an old address. Yet servicing my current address. No luck there, not an option they allow. A week later I get an email telling me this is the my final notice that they need to get in and see my meter. I never got any other notices. I called, and they person I spoke with said "well we mailed them". I asked if they used carrier pigeon or maybe they were in Harry Potter and were using an owl to send them because I never got them. If I could change water companies I would. Isn't it illegal for one company to be the only option available? Isn't that a monopoly? Regardless I'm sick of them providing zero notice and threatening to shut my water off. What's laughable is the home page of their website says they are all about customer service. Couldn't be farther from the truth. They bully their customers because they know we have no option but to just take it.

It seems that they keep deleting bad reviews. Somehow, my last review has disappeared. I certainly did not delete it! I wonder how long this review will last. You should contact your state representative, the governor, the mayor, etc about this company. However, I wouldn't be surprised if the politicians have lucrative ties to this company. In our opinion this company is bad, possibly even underhanded and coercive.

Customer service is not good as they know nothing on how to resolve the problem of what we are reporting.Bills are historical high. It is more than 200% high than what we were paying to previous water meter.

Don't believe them on shut off dates! They send a certified letter with a shut off date but then show up 2 days before and disconnect. And you get kicked out of your house for having no running water. Pure garbage.
