Worst place ever. If you want to get bent over and FU** come on over here they’ll do it with out any lube. Don’t tell you when there going up or down on rent or tell you if you have to pay the electric or (WATER) bill. Complete joke and very unprofessional. Maintaince doesn’t get done.

Way too expensive for a small lot with a billion pine trees. I raked my yard (the park lawn crew is supposed to maintain all RV lots) had the biggest pile of pine needles ive ever seen before in my life and that pile sat by the road for two weeks before anyone picked them up (another job for lawn crew to handle supposed to be on a daily) all utilities r supposed to be included in the lot rent ($500 a month) but what they dont tell u is if u exceed a limit they have set they charge u extra. The pool is supposed to be a perk but hasn't been open in 2 years etc

We stayed here in our RV for about 3 months and it was a nice quiet park setup for many different options of living. I make stained glass and wood art and never had an issue with working outside using power tools and such. Management was always helpful and answered questions promptly. Trash, yard work and electric were included with rent. There was free WiFi but it didn't have a great signal so be prepared to have your own source otherwise I'd certainly stay here again! We felt safe and never had an incidents with anything! Thumbs up!

Been here 4 months. Its quiet and everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Management is a bit slow but considering the size of the park that's to be expected. So far everyone is nice enough. I do have some neighbors that are a bit eccentric and keep complaining about things coming up missing in an accusatory way but that happens when you live in an area as this one.

To my knowledge you have to be a resident of the park to fish .
The camper can't be more than 10 years old, and it has to be at least 27 feet long.
Nahh this is like an rv/manufactored home park
Camper spot $500 month including utilities. Trailer spot $250 no utilities. Some trailers for rent around $800mnth including spot. Some tiny homes I think for around $1000 with some utilities included.
Hi Robyn they do have lots and as far as for price of rent it is either 250 or 300. 250 for all lots except for corner lots and lots adjacent to the ponds. You can contact Pat or Cheryl at the office Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m..
$250 a month for mobile home unless you get a corner lot or a lot by the ponds those are $300 a month.
I think u probably can.. U would just have to pay lot rent
I say that if you don't like to clean your yard I could imagine how you keep inside of your home. And don't see how you can judge someone who they like or don't, did you know they give to the children's hospital, so they do in fact love children they have rules to try to protect the children here for those parents who don't like to look after their kids and care. I'm sure it be easy for you to explain why you wasn't caring for you child when their found drowned. And I'm sure they can care for the trees in due time they'd done so much more then the last few owners that just collected money and did nothing. Rome wasn't built over night patience is a virtue and very hard to accomplish.
