Bought extended warranty from green, had several issues with my 2500 ram,I live in so Missouri now & made 5 trips back & forth to green ,im 300 miles away now,kept rescheduling me etc,never got anything fixed,finally told them that here now going to screw up my truck more than it is now,wasted time & money,they can go screw themselves, last post I put up they erased guess they only like good posts

Vehicle was towed there September 12th I was told I was going to need a new transmission which would be covered under warranty. I was told it would be 10 days until the new transmission would arrive with estimated time of arrival October 3rd. I was told no loner vehicle would be available. This is has become a far too often problem for me and I never get a straight answer. Very unacceptable!

Nope, no appointment is needed for an oil change! Simply visit our service center during our normal business hours. For more involved maintenance or repairs, however, we do recommend scheduling your service online through our website.
