Was shopping in Springfield, il store and had to order a book which was fine but I asked the young girl for suggestions on any books that might be a good read, her comment was I really don’t know I read comic books. I am glad she likes comic books but the managers training or barnes and Noble training should be ask the question What books do you usually read, once a week give your team a few suggestions when I am sure that question comes up quite a few times. Also have them on the slow time read the backs of books.I left the store only purchasing the book I ordered and a kids books. I was in Indianapolis Barnes and noble two young associates were working, I asked the same question and they gave me at least four recommendations, and I bought 3 of them. That is the difference.

I think yes, you just can't use the membership on nooks and ebooks but I think you can use it on games and cafe items

It varies, if they have it in warehouse or another store, the next day. Otherwise use their online services. Consider E-Books.
