I went to buy a pair of pumas. I asked an employee if they had a shoe in my size in a completely normal and respectful manner, and out of the blue he told me to “calm down and let me do my job”. He came back with the shoe and told me “see what happens when you calm down?” I then said “Thank you, but I think I’ll look elsewhere”. He then made highly inappropriate comments about my relationship to my girlfriend. I’ve bought shoes there several times. I won’t anymore.

I went into the store earlier in the day and took photos of the shoe samples available in red heels . My daughter was not able to shop with me but asked me to send her photos of what was available. She asked me to pick her up a pair of size 9 In the above style and since we live more than 60 miles and this isn’t my first shoe run I opened the box and decided to check the style and size inside to be certain it matched . What I found was a pair of worn shoes in the box so I moved the next box and found the wrong size in that box . Finally on the third box I found the correct pair in the correct size . When I mentioned this to the attendant at check out about selling used shoes as new he simply shrugged his shoulders and told me my total and ignored the concern raised. The shoes I purchased appear to be a good value for your money but I would advise checking your box before leaving each purchase
