The staff here really cares about their patients and their families and my family was no exception. The people at the information desk had an issue with a badge printer so before sending me up for a 3rd time one of the ladies walked up with me to ensure the badge actually worked.

I am saddened by the way my father was treated during his 6 day hospital stay. Just heartbreaking to hear how they treated him. He had some decent nurses but unfortunately had some extremely bad ones as well. I will be afraid for him if he has to return to this hospital.

They have a lot of very talented and kind people who work here.

I have been extremely thankful for them. Grateful for the nurses that do so much for us and I can't do any less than a 5 star for all they have done for my family. I would recommend them over my other hospital experience and will definitely be returning.

I believe the answer to be yes they can.
It's by the parking deck so park and ask the person at the desk right when you walk in.:)
Check at the desk and make sure you have been properly checked in. It shouldn't ever take that long for an appointment.
There is no on-site, outpatient dental here
I have no idea what year you were there but if you called record keeping and they might be able to tell you how to go about getting that information
I am sorry, I can not answer your question for I do not know the answer.
Yes excellent. Associated with Mayo clinic oncology group.
Yes i think only 2 in the room but many as you want in the waiting rooms
Hi, Linda! The wonderful Google community beat us to the punch. They are correct; a room with "G" in the name means that it is on the hospital's ground floor. Thank you for the question. Take care, and God bless!
Hi, Jill! Patients of the hospital can ask the nurse on duty for help with the TV and they can guide you to the correct channel. Thanks!
Hi, Lynda! Thank you for the question. The pulmonary function lab is located on the first floor of the Gerlach building at OSF Saint Francis. If you know where Don's Bistro is located, the lab is right behind Don's. Visitors will check in at Zone 1 in the lobby area outside Don's Bistro. Of course, our volunteers are always happy to help guide you as well. Take care, and God bless!
Im not sure i do know they have been really busy with Covid patients and have very safe protocols in place.
No, not right now. A patient can have one person, their Designated Support Person
My husband had bacj surgery. Only one person could. That same chosen "service visitor" needed to be the same the duration of patients stay. Only one entrance to enter regardless of "zone." Wear comfortable shoes!
Dr. A.S. Shoes in Peoria.
I prefer Red Roof Inn, but their prices recently increased some. I believe they are still the lowest price, for a decent night's sleep this side of the river. Also, consider the Air bnb app.
I believe about 1,200
Usually 8am , but results could take up to 2 hours unless they are sending them to your doctor , this is the best hospital with in a 100 miles best techs , nurses and doctors , you are in great hands
There is a renal transplant program. There will be a heart transplant program in the near future. There is follow up for transplants within the appropriate department/specialty.
Have no idea, since it isn't my pharmacy.
On the website, click patients and visitors. There is an option for ecards. They have a very nice selection.
The main cafeteria is open 24 hours, everyday. Never closes. Open on holidays as well.
There could be many reasons. You should check out an OSF Urgo or your doctor's office to get it looked at.
No. There is no routine, oupatient dental services on-site.
This is a hospital. Depends on the care you receive.
Birth certificates are through the county, not the hospital
Anyone in labor should go either to the main entrance and they will take you to either labor and delivery or the ER. Or you can just go to the ER entrance and they will take you from there.
Yes. You can receive care at any OSf facility with BCBS insurance.
Yes. They have free guest and patient Wi-Fi in all areas of the hospital.
Where? What is the site?
Are you asking where you can be picked up and dropped off? If so, the main entrance, off of Berkley, crescent shaped driveway.
Yes. That issue has been resolved
Yes. Your OB just needs to send the order over, or you can bring it with you when you come. Check in ad the main entrance and they will guide you from there.
The Pere Marquette and Marriott Courtyard are the closest. The Mark Twain is a nice boutique hotel with a good restaurant.
Mr. Pfister - our apologies for the delayed response. An agreement has been made with BCBS of Illinois for all OSF services to remain in-network for 2018.
I am sorry on the loss of your mother. That is not necessarily completely true. You may want to wait until all of the bills come in to see what was actually paid. It depends on her secondary etc.
Don's Bistro: First floor, Zone 1 Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
