Very prompt service. Although when you make a phone call to get the service you will have to wait a while until they answer But it's worth the wait.

I called for service @1215 for a 1240 appointment. Dispatch said see you soon. Soon was 40 minutes later. The driver arrived in a smelly mini van with flies and pizza on the floor. The driver made a u-turn on a one way street driving us into incoming traffic. When told thie street was one way he said my bad and turned off. He then began speeding while attempting to look at some screen next to his fair meter, he almost rear ended the car in front of us. He jammed the brakes so hard the mini van was rocking. Did I mention the driver was an elderly individual well over 60, wearing those dark glasses you get when the optometrist dilate your eyes. Will never use this company again. $20 for a 3 mile ride that almost caused me bodily harm! With that being said I 'll ride the bus from now on when I visit Springfield, IL.

Waited over an hour and they never showed up, had to cancel who knows if they would have ever shown up.

Use the Springfield,IL cab app it's much quicker and it tells u the location of the cab
Yes. It will however take a minute or two for the driver to write everything down
Because of the price of gas just like everything else went up at the grocery store
I been doing some research and they are badly under staffed on a Friday they only had 2 drivers.so this post is what I come up with to help YELLOW CAB IS HIRING DRIVERS.
Better start calling a few hours ahead of time
They take cash if they decide to come get you or answer the phone
If you call 523-4545 dispatch can give you the exact cost
They have a limited amount of cabs and people answering the phones. This is the busiest time of day for them. So it boils down to not enough resorses for a city the size of Springfield. At most they have 30 cabs and most days less than 20 drivers that show up and not enough phone lines or people to answer them. There's a old saying "don't put all your eggs in one basket". In the case of needing to get to work ON TIME I would look into other options..
