Don't like leaving a 1 Star. Not sure how their parts department is because I have never been able to get through to them. Called 3 different times waited 20, 25, 40 minutes. I'm not exaggerating. Just needed lawn mower blades for my Ex Mark. Called Arts and was helped within 10 minutes. My parts are in will call.

They have great sales. I assume their service of John Deere equipment is good, but they have not been competent on my Kubota equipment.
