Very average food for the cost and not enough wait staff. I felt bad for our waitress she did do the best she could but needed some help.

My waiter Michael was phenomenal. The kababs and Persian rice were sooo tasty. The owner and his friend spent sometime talking to me; real nice people and the manager was also awesome. Thier Italian food is great also. Thanks for the hospitality, and the great experience. Loved it.

This is a mixed review. In summary, their pizza and salads are GREAT, but their customer service is horrible. On Sunday, I preordered a pizza and salad for pickup at a prearranged time. I arrived at basically an empty restaurant, and was told they were just starting to make the pizza and were just putting sauce on it now. I assume that I was talking to the manager or asst. manager as he somewhat seemed to be running the show. I arranged for a certain time to pick it up as I had to be somewhere. The Manager knew I was somewhat disgruntled, but was very smug the entire time. Not once did I get an apology or any other offer of good will (free appetizer or discount, etc.) The attitude he gave off was "tough luck - too bad". Like I said, a simple apology and acceptance of a screw up would have gone a long way to make me happy, but he was never even did that, but instead just maintained his arrogant attitude. Definitely a customer service training issue here. To the restaurant's credit, they did expedite my order, and I got the pizza and salad in 15 minutes. As I said, the pizza and salad are great, just not sure I'll return with the manager's poor customer service and attitude.
