The nurses and doctors are extremely professional and do primary care well, but the front staff from registration and patient reps are extremely unprofessional and immature. During the visit of 9/12 into 9/13 the shift from 7pm-7am need to be trained and conduct themselves as medical professionals. They violated many HIPPA laws, had there phones out and were gossiping about coworkers, and patients as patients either got discharged or went inside to be seen by the nurse and Doctor.even making jokes about someone's physical condition. They all grouped and huddled up for almost the entire shift behaving like they were in highschool. The front staff make the first impression, hire a better experienced team or train them how to conduct like adults and medical professionals. As a retiree in the medical field I was appaled at what I heard and saw from that group.

Do not come here even if its an emergency bunch of kids that dont wanna do there jobs, your wait is almost always 6 hours long even for minor things, this place refused to test me for covid many times just to find out i did have covid then then the arabic doctor tried telling me that covid cant cause heart problems place is a joke!

My 84 year old mother , a current cancer patient, just sat in the ER for more than 3 hours having a side effect symptom of her meds and was never seen. We went to the desk multiple times and were told to just wait it out. I can’t believe this place calls itself a hospital.

This might be one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. For anyone dealing with anything that is urgent PLEASE do not waste your time going to this hospital.
