Wow. Found our local limo service. We’ve done two round trips from Encinitas to San Diego Airport. Excellent drivers. On time. Very clean recent model cars. They’ve been around for a long time and for good reason.

Super professional, high-end car and limo service. They have a wide range of vehicles that can handle whatever you need, and they are total pros at making the booking easy and reliable. If you're getting an airport shuttle, the drivers will track your flight and be there whenever you're ready. I use bus and limo companies all the time for airport runs and they are the best.

I had a business trip and needed an airport drop off and pick up from Carlsbad to San Diego airport. Lately in my area its been hard to get an Uber timely as they are not around or they cancel last minute. I needed something reliable so I tried LCL. OMG the BEST service from A-Z I have ever experienced. Once I called (4 days before I needed my ride to airport) they were able to accommodate me with no issues. The nice woman on the phone took my info and I rec'd an email and text confirming everything we spoke about: time, cost, etc. I needed a pickup at 5am! My driver was Pedro and he was so professional and courteous. He came several minutes early and I also rec'd a text that he was on his way. The car was very clean and comfortable. Then my pick up from the airport was also a success! Shout out to David who was my driver! Again, timely, professional and courteous. I will be telling all my friends and family to start using LCL especially for timely and urgent rides. Thank you LCL for a wonderful experience during a very stressful time (trying to make sure I make my flight on time)

Buyer Beware when doing business with this company. RE: La Costa Limo Transportation Agreement #1198000 This second agreement was not fulfilled by La Costa Limo for the June Wedding As far as the first transportation, confirmation #1197999, the bride and groom and guests were completely satisfied. The driver was courteous and professional, and shuttled the bridal party and all the guests to the venue from the parking lot about a mile away. However, La Costa Limo did not complete their agreement for the second transportation, confirmation # 1198000. The driver, a different one, showed up to the venue at approximately 9:00 pm and shuttled a few guests (one trip) back to the parking lot, then left. About 30 guests called for Ubers. The owner of the venue and the father of the groom shuttled most of the guests to their cars. Considering they had personal vehicles, it took 10-20 trips between the two of them. After finally contacting La Costa Limo that evening, the driver came back to the venue at approximately 11:30pm. By that time the only people left at the venue were the bride and groom, who were so upset they just told him to leave. The owner of the venue then drove them to their hotel. It was confirmed with the wedding planner that the driver never returned to the venue after his one and only run to the parking lot. He never checked in with the wedding planner nor the bride and groom. She tried calling the driver for 40 minutes before he answered at 10:30 pm. On the agreement, the times say 9pm to 10pm for pickup and drop off. The groom only thought it would take about an hour to shuttle all the guests. However, to be sure, the groom agreed to pay the 2hr fixed rate as shown on the agreement, instead of the hourly rate. Emails with Frank from La Costa Limo will confirm this information as well. Plus the Trip Notes on the agreement for the driver stated: "YOU WILL BE SHUTTLING GUESTS BACK TO THEIR CARS AFTER THE WEDDING AS NEEDED" Since the wedding was outside and alongside the driveway, the driver could see all the guests on the property from his pick up point when he shuttled his one and only trip. How could he think that he was no longer needed? I spoke with Dale at La Costa Limo after I sent him an email addressing the problem we had with the driver and he said to me “I don’t see it that way”. He stated we should not have had the 9:00-10:00 pm times; it should have been from 9:30 - 10:30 pm as originally discussed in the emails. He said the notes stating the driver will shuttle the guest back and forth as needed meant between the slotted times. Except, it does not say that. Why is the terminology so vague? He also said the driver left at 10:30pm. This is false. The driver talked to the wedding planner at 10:30 pm who said he was 40 minutes away. It took the driver an hour to get back to the venue. The bride and groom felt they were covered for transportation for their guests because they paid the 2 hr fixed rate and the notes said for the driver to shuttle the guests after the wedding as needed. He offered to refund $100.00, which has not been received. Since La Costa Limousine breached its transportation agreement with the bride and groom, they are asking for a full refund of $299.00. The “Crappy” part is that this was an awful way to end a wonderful wedding.
