Bought a boat here and a week later was called that there was a recall on the steering cable and to look at the manufacturing code to determine if it needed to be replaced. If it needs to be replaced, they require you to drive the boat back to them to replaced! The boat is over two hours away! They do not offer a NEW customer that purchased a NEW boat any compensation. I understand that boats need repairs and servicing, but we should not have to pay for trailing the boat back just a week later. I feel like they should work with the manufacturer to provide better customer service on issues like this. What if your boat was deliver or you don't have a trailer??
