We were immediately greeted by Jeff, who was knowledgable and did not try to sell us something because it cost more than what we wanted. He was patient, listened to us, and very friendly. Always smiling and laughing- made us feel like he was genuinely glad we walked in. Delivery of our washer/dryer was seamless and delivery personnel were professionals -quick and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend Appliance Direct to anyone looking for an appliance.
