I've seen it there a few times. It just depends on the vendors there that week. Sorry, I can't remember the name of the vendor
"A lot" is subjective. Are there kids? Yes. Are there activities for kids? Sometimes. There was a coloring table last week. But it's still a farmer's market, meant for adults and not kids' entertainment. Hopefully that answers your question.
