I want go to Meineke Car Care on S. Florissant anymore

My boyfriend went to this location 3 times to get his exhaust pipe fixed . Each time this loud noise came back , which made him keep going . He went less than a week ago & now the exhaust is literally on the ground . I have pictures to prove .

Wow, that's crazy, one thing I can say is that they gotta fix it right.. And it's odd cause that's usually welded onto bottom of car, so the weld job must been bad.
