I was craving a burger, and one with a fried egg! Not many places carry this item though, so after doing a little googling, I found Me Brews Taphouse. The menu is simple and what you expect from a bar, with decent prices. The burger was juicy! A good size patty with super fresh toppings. My only regret is I didn’t get double cheese as it wasn’t gooey enough for my preference. The fries… well, they LOOKED tasty enough but were just down right awful. Soggy and bland. Shoestring are my go to French fry and these were so very disappointing. They had zero crisp and again, no flavor. But let’s talk about the star of the show! The chips! Talk about a flavor bomb! They were crispy, even under all that rich creamy beer cheese and just loaded with so much bacon and onion! Wow wow wow I will be going back just to get more of these sinfully delicious chips

Both mine and my fiancé’s burgers were perfect. My son’s grilled cheese was hot and fresh, and the two beers my fiancé got were great too. Definitely try the fruit beer (Katy Berry) lol. I recommend the cheese curds with ranch for an appetizer. It was a bit hot inside, but that was probably just due to the large windows and the time of year we are in. Definitely a nice place if you want a chill dine in experience with good food and beer.
