The workers just yelled while i was asking a question and didn’t even look at the phone to try and help me, terrible place the lady that worked there should not have a job at the post office

I have been looking for some mail from Memphis Tennessee my daughter put in the drop box out. side the post office on June 18. and I haven't got it yet what is going on with the mail
