Looking to purchase a campground with lake access. Would like to have a shed on campsite and maybe an rv? In IL

To camp here you need to at least purchase a lake access lot from Oak Run. Once you do that there is wait list for semi-perm or perm sites or just weekend camp. Shed is ok as long as its not permanent. Lots pay yearly maintenence fee + prop tax. Sites are under $850/yr April-october

Yes, you have to own property at Oak Run to camp. You can go as a guest to their camper.
