Love the Dr but it has to be more organized. How fair is it to the people who make a appointment when other people come with none. Not right. Think you need to come up with a better system. Not just walk in’s. Standing for hours with a bad back not exactly a positive. Plus covid is still going around. The room is packed. Not exactly healthy. Being a Dr”s office you should be a little more concerned.

Dr. Elamite needs to have patients come in by appointment only and only see a certain amount of people each day like 15..once it’s gets to fifteen , new appointments should then be scheduled.to have such a large amount of people in such a small waiting room is not healthy...to say you only wait a half hour is not true at all. I’ve had to leave because of the overcrowding...this is not acceptable...office seems to be chaotic at all times..seriously thinking about switching doctors

Poor costumer service. Bringing the 3rd world idiology to America feel a sham. I call the doctor Amir because I had covid 19 assumption so I can get any antibiotics. I was not able to walk-in and I don't want to infect anyone. The person who spoke to me on the phone he said once you feel better you can come to our office. If I feel better whats the point of coming to your office. This is when you have a non educated people taking phone call . He did not asked me about my insurances. Or any other concerns just hung off the phone on me. Do not believe Costumers with 4 or 5 starts reviews go to other doctor to get a better health treatment. This is the most terrible costumer service attitude I have faced ever.🤮

The office staff needs improvement. I usually feel very comfortable with Dr. Elamir, but the last 2 visits were extremely rushed, and felt like I was on an assembly line. I wasn't able to get all I wanted addressed with the last 2 visits.
