Very poorly operated. Even if you have an appointment... you better show up at 6am

Good at wasting your time. Be prepared to be here for hours. Only 2 employees to handle 40 people. It can take 10-20 minutes just to process one person. Any problems, and you will be turned away. If you NEED to come here, get here early or prepare to make a day trip of the experience.

This facility is poorly operated. Other than appointments, they have a walk-in sign in sheet. The problem I have with it is…the civilian employees don’t go down the list as people come. They picked and chose who they wanted to see first from the list. Ie…pin resets. I just felt that people were there at 06:30 and some of them came in at 8:00 and was seen before me.

If that is not an option, the form can be notarized, however, as the dependent, do not sign the form in your section until you come to the CAC Office. Please also bring two forms of ID.
