I was very disappointed when I reach out to them to bring my sick puppy in. I understand they were busy and even offered to be work in that day or day after. I was told they to busy and wouldn't be able to squeeze him in that day or any day that week. I was so upset I started calling vets and Roanoke Animal Hospital told me bring puppy. Thankful I did cause my new puppy had parvo and they treated him and got him back. I usually don't do reviews but I was very disappointed being new to the vet.

I couldn't speak higher of the staff at Lake Country. They are helpful, professional, and best of all empathic. It's a breath of fresh air to be assisted by folks who actually care! I absolutely recommend Lake Country for any medical attention your furbaby might need!

Yes but they aren't good for walkins at all, even for their regular clients, regardless of the emergency.
I think they're open till 12 on Saturdays for certain things I think but they closed on Sunday
I think they do for horses but certainly not for cats and dogs.
This is old, but for siutation s like this please see a vet. Out of all the vets in town, LEC is the most affordable. Do it at home is okay sometimes, but the cost of curing an infection is way more than the cost of getting the nail seen to, antibiotics or at least a regimine to keep the would clean and maybe a bit of pain med for your baby.... btw they sell styptic powder in most pharmacies. or stores in the shaving isle. Moreover the home remedy is to use cornstarch, certainly not flour.
Don't know but free shots are offered periodically.
