Never made me feel like I was a pain in the butt, even though she used quite a bit of elbow grease and got her hands dirty. So sweet and knows her stuff! Consider me a life long customer! Typically I have very good customer service here, but the high school aged employee seemed less than thrilled to be at work and even less thrilled to help me find the parts I needed.
